Three Steps to Enroll

The goal of this program is to ensure that internet service is affordable for everyone. However, you must use the service to keep the subsidy. If you reach 30 days without any internet usage, you may no longer be eligible to receive the subsidy.
You must sign up to become eligible for ACP. Apply for the ACP with the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) at ACP website . After the Consortium has verified eligibility, you'll be enrolled in the ACP program.
The Affordable Connective Program covers home plans with internet access. ACP is non-transferrable and limited to one monthly internet discount. ACP is a federal government benefit program operated by the Federal Communications Commission and, if it ends, or when a household is no longer eligible, customers will be subject to the provider’s regular rates, terms, and conditions.
Yes. The ACP subsidy can be transferred to another provider at any time.
No, only one Affordable Connectivity Program is available per household.
If you move, the subsidy will fall off your account. You are required to reapply with your new address and re-enroll with a YK Tribal Link service plan to add the Affordable Connectivity Program subsidy back into your account.
ACP does not have a set expiration. If the program ends, the FCC is expected to notify carriers and the public at least 60 days before the final service month of ACP subsidy.
Households located on qualifying Tribal lands can receive up to a $75/month discount on your internet service, and a one-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer (with a co-payment of more than $1- but less than $50). Only one monthly service discount and one device discount is allowed per household. Program rules acknowledge there may be more than one eligible household residing at the same address.
As an ACP customer you have the right to file a complaint with the FCC at ACP Complaint Center or call 888-225-5322.
